SUMMER GAME: HITS KESÄPELI: OSUMAT 2023
Exhibition Camping Site 2023, from June to September
Art House Brander, Mänttä.
Crocheted green-white-red circle which mirrors a famous summer entertainment in Finland, a cottage dartboard, installed on the lawn of Art House Brander. The ø 200cm sized summer game contains five holes, and the hits ø 12cm are installed in the street space of Mänttä town. The exhibition ended at the beginning of September but the Summer Game got a permission to stay and wait for upcoming winter and fading colors. Altogether, it explores how the lawn contacts to it and the soil brittles the game to its own. The documentation process is ongoing.
